Aste Nagusia ’19 menu
As every year, during the week of Aste Nagusia (Bilbao’s Summer Festival), from the 16th to the 24th of August, the Bar and the Workshop will serve a unified menu for both venues, which will consist of the following dishes:
To share
Iberian Cured Ham with tomato, virgin olive oil and oven baked ciabatta
Iberian Cured Ham Croquettes
Marinated Bluefin tuna served with shusi rice
Josellinis au gratin (Iberian loin, melted cheese and foie on
crystal bread (crispy crust and soft, honeycombed interior bread))
Pan-Bao with chipirones (Small squid)
Individual dishes
Grilled cod with roasted peppers
Iberian pork cheeks with mashed potato
Desserts
Apple sorbet with yoghourt foam
Red fruit gratin (with cheese ice cream)
Price: 40.00 € per person ( taxes included)
Beverages not included
The menu include all dishes.
During the Aste Nagusia, the workshop and the covered terrace will serve exclusively Aste Nagusia’s menu, being reserved for this unique service. Due to the high demand, reservations cannot be made for the interior of the bar. The uncovered terrace tables will continue to serve the public in the normal way.
