Menus at our kitchen workshop

We are currently offering a unified menu both on the terrace and in the workshop, until the situation can be completely normalised following the health measures of the pandemic.

The presentation of the dishes can vary with respect to the photographs

Gastronomic menu

This menu is temporarily unavailable, until the situation is normalised after the health alert.

Dishes:

  • Foie-gras royale with apple vinaigrette
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Creamy rice with mushrooms, pork jowl with spicy  companion
  • Seasonal fish
  • Iberian upper loin with sweet pickled little onions and watercress

Dessert:

  • Yuzu and basil oil cream with coconut ice cream
  • Hazelnut biscuit with chocolate cream and speculoos ice cream

La Viña menu
